I really like the “F word”.

In fact, I constantly shout it at people who attend my “Wholesaling: The Rapid Cash Generator” Masterclass.

I then brag about using it.

Some of the people I use it on get offended (and they ask I don't speak to them ever again).

But when I do it right, I make great money from it.

What's that?

You think I'm joking?

Perhaps you misunderstand. Perhaps you are thinking of a different F word.

Oh please, that's not at all what I'm talking about.

I'm talking about the OTHER F word:
“Follow-up”

Follow-up is the KEY to big profits in real estate.

Consistent follow-up makes all the difference in the world.

* It makes your marketing work.
* It gets you deals that you would have otherwise missed.
* It resurrects deals that you previously lost.
* It gets motivated sellers to remember you and finally reach out to you for assistance.

It did for me when I started following up consistently.

And it has for my students, too.

Put simply, follow-up makes the deals roll in.

And the profits too.

Not sure how to find and contact motivated sellers, much less follow-up with them?

I'll tell you exactly what kind of marketing to do and on what frequency.

It's very simple.

And, very profitable.

All you have to do is put in the effort.
